PostSubject: Christmas Cruisers - Anyone Interested in a Pub Crawl?   Wed Apr 02, 2008 9:44 am

What's a pub crawl? A pub crawl is where you bar hop and have a drink at each bar - in this case on board the ship. By the end of the night, you're crawling, henceforth, the name pub crawl Very Happy

Yes, I realize most of us are past our University days and that crawling home drunk no longer has appeal to most, however, there is no rule that says the drinks must be alcoholic in nature! Wink

We could also do a cabin crawl where those interested host cocktails in their cabin and we "crawl" from cabin to cabin.

Anyone Interested?

Both sound really fun! It can also be a nice way to see different types of cabins. With 2 weeks onboard for Christmas we will have plenty of time too. Drinks
I vote to make it a plan.

We did cabin cavalcade on the QE 2 where the entire group went from cabin to cabin. There was obviously more variety of cabins than on the QM2 but that is only part of it. You get to see how people personalize their rooms which not only lets you get to know your fellow members it can also reveal some interesting ideas.

As for Pub Crawl let me know before I eat dinner or else I am useless!

Ohh and Paddy my last name is Morrow so as the name suggests I am
game for a pint.

Pub crawl! Count me in. My last job was with a beer distrubutor and we used to have these on a regular basis. Rent a bus and go from pub to pub.

As to trivia I have a "secret" weapon for trivia my husband. Don knows more usless information than anyone I know. I used to win playing Trivial Pursuit until I started playing against him, now I make sure to keep him on my team.

I went to THE WHEELHOUSE on Emerald Princess for some Bangers & Mash, Fish & Chips and washed it down with a Bass Ale last week. Ahhhhhhhh. Practicing is fun!
