I'm in the process of creating a presentation answering the questions I hear most from first time cruisers. The presentation will be available at no cost over the Internet.

The content is focused on what you need to know about cruising before you make your first reservation. It is not sales related.

I suspect it will involve a series of three 30 minute sessions with an additional 15 minutes allocated for questions. You're not required to attend all the sessions.

Please complete the poll questions so I can determine the level of interest.

Thanks.

Bill

Even though I voted yes, my reason answer is maybe - it would depend on the topic and if it was going to be informational and not some type of sales pitch or scheme.

The presentation is not sales related. It's designed to address questions that many folks have before they have before the first cruise.

Going to be going on my first cruise. Any information would be nice. It would be more enjoyable If I am prepared I'm sure.
Thanks,

PostSubject: Conference Call To Review Cruising And Answer Questions   Sat Mar 28, 2009 7:39 am

Terri,

Thanks for your posting. I'd be happy to host a conference call or webinar to go over cruising basics and address any questions.

On Saturday I'm involved with a charity event all day and into the evening. I could schedule time on Sunday afternoon or evening or Monday evening.

Enjoy the day!

Bill

PostSubject: First time cruisers webinar   Sun Mar 29, 2009 8:44 am

I'm heading to the Cruise360 conference next week. After I return I'll finish up the "First Time Cruisers" presentation and post the details for all to participate.

The only problem I see is if you are gearing this to first time cruisers, then most of us wouldnt be interested. I hadnt found cruise message board either before my first cruise, found out at dinner about them one night and then went searching for them.

A internet talk directed to first time cruisers, I suspect will be hard to find them to a not well known site. Since Im not a first time cruiser, I didnt answer your poll.

If I was a first time cruiser, I would be interested. But there are already a couple of pretty good tv shows on the Travel channel for first time cruisers, so not sure what you could add, to make it more detailed maybe?

My approach is to provide an overview of the cruise experience from what to pack through the ship board experience. What makes this unique is the ability to address individual questions. Sort of an online cruise night.
