I'm a card carrying member of ST. MINNESOMEPLACE Parrothead Club in Minneapolis, MN.
One of the biggest reasons we got into CRUISING was to find our own slice of "Margaritaville". Love the music, love the lifestyle.
Road trippin' down to ALPINE VALLEY, WI next month to see JIMMY live in concert. (again) That's what we "Parrotheads" do...head to the concerts, and party it up with good friends, & good music.

| We roadtripped about 1,500 miles total for the outdoor concert/tailgate. The tailgate party is second to NONE! This was the biggest party I've ever seen! I can't even explain some of the things I saw there. I thought I was the only crazy person! NOT! Everyone tailgates about 6-8 hours prior to the show. Then, they cram over 35,000 drunk people together on a hillside for the concert...and sell us more liquor! 
The concert was great! Fingers Taylor came on as a guest (Jimmy's previous long time harmonica player) which was a real treat for Parrotheads! The threat of rain loomed...but it held off until after the show. During the show there was an almost full moon, and stars shining brightly. Awesome!
My only complaint was...it wasn't loud enough. Sound doesn't make it all the way to the back very well (outdoors)...and a crowd of 35,000 drunk screaming fans are LOUD! But...the experience was second to NONE! Great show...will try to do this annually. (if possible!) (my truck ate nearly $400 in gasoline...OUCH!)
