Hello from Sunny Acapulco

Just stopped by to say Hello, I am the operations manager for the Acapulco Port Authority. It's currently 28°F and clear sunny skies. I've been an Acapulqueño since 1983 when we came for a family vacation and decided to stay, LOL. I consider myself and outgoing fun individual, I have partied with many groups that call our city and have the pictures of our awesome bar crawls.

We are world famous for the Cliff Divers, sunsets and 2 beautiful bays, we are also well known for our night life; a lot of clubs for every taste, personally Salsa is my favorite.

Beside beaches there are fun activities for the entire family.

28degrees Fahrenheit?????????????????? wow........that downright cold......(Im sure you mean Celsius)......

anyway,I have very fond memories of Acapulco from way back in the 70s..............VERY fond.........heheh

Hi Aca Dude!!

We're doing a cruise in January with a stop in Aca. Can you recoomend any places where can go for a "spa" day??

We are looking for full body massages - plus perhaps use of a resorts facilites - like pool, hot tub, steam, etc?

Any ideas??

ROFL, sorry my bad 28°C. And yes, I can help you have an aweesome day in Acapulco.

There is so many places to visit and interesting activities to do, I personally love; Rafting, Shotover, Deep Sea fishing, spend a day at a hotel like the Mayan Palace or Princess resort.

Regarding Spa's there are many to choose from; most of them are located in the interior of hotels through out the main strip. The Hyatt has the Alory, Villa Vera has a great Spa, at the Princess Hotel they have the Willow stream SPA.
