| | I'm posting Hotel Polls for the August 8, 2009 sailing of Celebrity Equinox. Please vote for the package or packages you'd probably book if offered with the cruise group. This is just to help give Host Susan, the assigned TA, an idea of how many nights pre and post cruise would be the most interest to the majority. |

| | I'd like to see a package with at least 2 nights in London and at least 2 nights in Rome. I'm more than likely booking this sailing so having one stop shopping for hotels, transfers, flight, cruise, etc would be a huge plus. |

| I think we'll be touring Britain by car for a week before we leave, so I'm thinking that the pre-package will be too short for us. We are certainly interested in a Rome package, though! _________________ Cruising away at Mommy Cruises !

| | Giving serious thought to this sailing and 2 or 3 nights both pre and post cruise would be GREAT! Would also like to see a seamless package, makes things that much easier when traveling in a country where I don't speak the language. |

| Still in the "thinking/discussing" stages here but, personally speaking and, I realize this only applies to my situation, I can probably find my way around London on my own so the only reason I'd book a pre-cruise hotel with the group is if you get a great deal on a good hotel. In Rome, however, like someone else had mentioned, I don't speak a word of the language and I'd want to be fully escorted. So I'd be inclined to book the post-cruise with the group but, not necessarily the pre-cruise. _________________ Dana from NJ

| | This great, I just popped on to see if there were going to be any pre and/or post hotel packages for this sailing. And, you guys are already on that - we're leaning heavily towards this sailing so, I'll be on here more often. I'd like to suggest The Langham or The Marriott Arch Marble in London and The Sofitel or The Hotel Majestic in Rome. |

| | We're also still in the discussion stages and would really appreciate a fully escorted tour both in London and Rome. I haven't been to either location so I'll be relying on you all for recommendations or for the group decided hotels. |

| I want to make a foot note for those who haven't traveled to Europe yet. Keep in mind European hotels are different than those in America. Finding hotels that accommodate more than 2 people in a room is often difficult - if not impossible at times, so, it's very important that you start planning now. This way when the hotels open for booking for next year, Host Ivanova (Susan) can get rooms blocked. I've already sent Susan hotel suggestions for Rome and, will give her more as needed.
In the meantime, I have a suggestion for London, there is a great hotel call The May Fair located in the West End and close to a tube (subway) station. However, it might too pricey overall for the group but, I did want to throw it into the suggestion bin.

| Hi all! What I'm currently working on is blocking group space for hotels in London and Rome - as DCDuncan pointed out, triple and quad occupancy rooms will not be abundant so we need to secure what we can - as for activities, I know that not everyone will want to do the exact same things, so I'm going to put together some tour options that you can pick and choose from without forcing you into doing tours that are of no interest to you whatsoever. I will need to know FIRST what hotel arrangments folks need - how many rooms, what type of occupancy needs you have, how many nights, etc. - for both London & Rome. Setting up the tours will be a bit easier, but the hotels are a more critical component. _________________ Susan Schaefer, MCC, DS, CSS Ships 'N' Trips Travel & Kick Butt Vacations email: susan@shipsntripstravel.com toll free: (888) 221-1209

| When do you need the hotel commitments by Host Ivanova? We're probably a yes but, pricing will be determining if we take one quad or two doubles as far as hotel. _________________ Dana from NJ

Susan can you give us rough pricing on hotels just so we have an idea of what's what. I don't think anyone is going to hold you to exact pricing |

| I'll probably be actually booking next week or the following. Anyone else that is going to make the commitment to this sailing? _________________ Dana from NJ
